I recently stayed at Sharjah Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is excellent, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the room space and facilities were great. However, my interaction with a lady staff member at the reception was marred by rudeness and arrogance, highlighting a need for improved customer service training. Additionally, it would be beneficial if parking could be reserved in advance to address challenges with free parking availability. Despite these concerns, the hotel's overall quality is commendable, with potential for an even better experience with more professional staff.

Location is very good as I needed to be near the main bus station which is only a 15 minute walk away. There are also lots of restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket just across the road. My room had some new furnishings to refresh an otherwise ageing appearance. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom adequate. I would recommend the hotel as it seems to be about the best value for money hotel available in Sharjah.

Gold Souq and shopping possibilities are just nearby as well as you reach the harbour after a short walk. Reached within 20 minutes from the airport the ride by Taxi for around 90 Dirham is affordable. The team is very friendly, polite and helpful. As the ownership of the hotel changed, the team is in an ongoing process of renewing the facilities and improving the property. I will come again:-)

I enjoyed my stay there for 6 days..the staff are accommodating and hospitable they take action very quickly and mention the manager he is a good guy and very responsible for his job seriously..thanks sharjah plaza hotel

Location was close to many interesting museums and markets and the small room was satisfactory for one person. For an economy hotel, it has a very nice lobby sitting room that makes it easy to talk to others.
